Operations Manager (m/w/d) Madrid

• Set up and manage the new production site in Madrid (approx. 9–10 employees at the beginning)
• Lead and develop the team , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Take ownership of budget, results and operational efficiency
  
• Implement global IT and service strategies at the local level
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through structured processes
• Collaborate closely with departments such as sales, logistics, quality and IT

• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Technical background and understanding of operational processes
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on mindset
• Fluent Spanish and English skills – both written and spoken (German not required)
• A structured, proactive and reliable working style

• Permanent full-time position in Madrid – Monday to Friday, day shift
